After-sales service and spare parts

 

Service

 

On a global scale TARTARINI has, on call, a team of technicians for installations start-up and commissioning.

The TARTARINI Service is available for any claim under warranty, scheduled technical assistance, assistance on call and the supply of spare parts.

By means of the availability of back-up regulating units, TARTARINI Service can guarantee the continuity of the operation of existing installations.

The Service organizations is available for installation extension and/or modification and/or equipment modernization.

Certification of service intervention, in accordance to national and international standards, in countries where TARTARINI operates, is a guarantee of quality of the job being carried out by the Service technicians.

TARTARINI Service can arrange also training courses at various levels, such as maintenance of equipment,  knowledge of standards, sizing of pressure regulating stations. Any request can be addresed to are sales manager.

 

Spare parts

 

TARTARINI guarantees the availability of its equipment spare parts by supplying complete spare part kits.


In order to satisfy Customers’ requirements, our spare parts warehouse is fully automated so to assure fast deliveries.
